Max has extensive experience in the express delivery, transportation, and last-mile logistics sector, having held operational and leadership roles across major logistics hubs in Singapore and Malaysia. He currently serves as the Head of Operations for T Max under the KG Sowers Group, where he oversees fleet management, service quality, route optimisation, and the overall performance of the company’s delivery network. Prior to joining KGS, Max managed large-scale distribution and fulfilment teams in both regional courier companies and SME logistics providers, where he played a key role in improving operational efficiency and customer service standards. He is widely recognised for his strong execution capabilities, hands-on leadership style, and deep understanding of ground operations in high-volume logistics environments. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Max is an active contributor to community initiatives and supports youth development programmes in Singapore.
David has more than 30 years of experience in the freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain management industry, having been based out of key gateway cities in Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, and China. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of JGL Worldwide Singapore and its affiliated group of companies, as well as the Chairman of the World International Freight Forwarders Association (Vietnam branch). Previously, he held senior management positions at Global Container Freight and G Link Express Logistics. David holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland. Besides his numerous entrepreneurial ventures, David is also a strong advocate for sports, serving on the Management Committee of Geylang International Football Club.
Ben Teng has over 25 years of corporate experience and is currently the Managing Director of Vector Green. He has deep experience in growing large corporations, having held key positions at Changi Airport Investments, CNA Integrated Technologies (Dubai), Abu Dhabi Airports Company and Yongnam Holdings. Ben holds an Honours degree in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore and is a Senior Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors. Ben was previously the Vice-President of the Football Association of Singapore and Chairman of Geylang International Football Club.
